Ms. DeBoni is so proud to be a part of the EQ3 team and community! After working in Chicago Public Schools for four years, she joined Equitas Academy #3 as a founding first grade teacher for the 2016-2017 school year and has been there ever since!  Ms. DeBoni loves working with scholars and watching their curiosity grow into a love of learning. Ms. DeBoni graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from Michigan State University and after tutoring students in Chicago became passionate about the power of a great education.  She went back to school to earn a Master of Education in Elementary Education from DePaul University in Chicago and has worked with children ever since. In her spare time Ms. DeBoni enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog Ruby, cooking and baking, swimming, and road tripping. Ms. DeBoni can’t wait for this year at EQ3 and is excited to see where her scholars will go!
