Ms. Blanco was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. During her senior year in high school, Ms. Blanco volunteered at a local elementary school and day care facility. Ms. Blanco is currently pursuing her education in child development at Los Angeles Trade Tech College and is looking to transfer to a Cal State University. Before joining the Equitas team, Ms. Blanco worked at a charter school for seven years in an after-school program. Ms. Blanco will be starting her fifth year at Equitas, where she started off as an after school program leader. She will be utilizing her knowledge and experience to provide Equitas scholars with an educational, enriched and fun-learning environment through being an Instructional Aide/enrichment teacher. Ms. Blanco enjoys working out, cooking, and dancing.
