I grew up in Los Angeles and have always lived here. Growing up I always knew that I wanted to work in a school. I went to the University of California Irvine where I earned my Bachelor's degree. After earning my degree I was given the opportunity to work at Equitas #3. I worked for Equitas’ After School Program for 2 years where I learned so much and then transitioned to supporting during the school day as an Instructional Aide. I want to be able to help scholars grow and learn. I want to make sure that all scholars have a space where they feel safe, where they can learn and where they can achieve anything they set their minds to.
